Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Minimum 2 night stay applies to all bookings except for Christmas & Easter periods (24/12/10 - 02/01/11 & 21/04/11 - 26/04/11 & 24/12/11 - 03/01/12) when a 3 night minimum applies.Special offers may vary in minimum nights required
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required
Cancellation Policy
* Non arrival or cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) nights accommodation;
* Cancellation with more 72 hours and less than seven (7) days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of one (1) nights accommodation
* more than seven (7) days notice of arrival - no cancellation fee
* No refund given for reduction in days (length of stay) or in guest numbers
