The Old Surrey is believed to be one of the oldest continuously occupied homes in West Australia, if not the oldest. It has tremendous old world charm, resembling that of a smaller English Manor Home. Directions: From the Visitors Centre at the big roundabout top of York St take the 3rd exit past the ABCStudio on your left.At the small roundabout take the 1st exit to the left into Middleton Rd.Travel to the next roundabout(Campbell Rd) take the 3rd exit off and go up the hill for 25-30 mtrs,turn left into Fox Way.At the T junction(Burt St) turn right, becomes Thomas St Entry to Old Surrey is on the left between low stone walls. As you enter the drive way there is a new cream house on the left and a 2 storey building on the right. Follow the driveway to Old Surrey.

50% deposit payable at time of booking. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation. If the accommodation is not rebooked there will be a minimum cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation or 50% of the cost of booking which ever is greater. In addition Albany Regional Booking Service applies a cancellation fee of $50 to all cancelled bookings.
