We well understand that circumstances change and cancellation of bookings is sometimes necessary. We have the following policy in place in an effort to ensure that we and our guests are treated fairly. 1. In the event of confirmed cancellation prior to 30 days before your arrival date you may incur a $50 fee. 2. In the event of confirmed cancellation within 30 days of your expected arrival date we will of course attempt to re-let the room. If we are able to re-let the room then you may only be charged a $50 fee otherwise you will be charged for the accommodation booked. 4. In the event of a failure to show on the booked date we will continue to hold your booking and charge you for those nights. We will not attempt to re-let your suite until we are notified. We recommend travel insurance
