The single-storey apartment is perfect for a couple and features a separate kitchen and lounge room with a large picture window looking through the garden, over the Brig Amity to Hanover Bay. The bedroom has a king bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with heated towel rails, double hand basins and showers.
The two-storey apartments have two bedrooms downstairs - the main bedroom features a king bed and double shower ensuite with heated towel rails, sheoak timber benches and double hand basins. The second bedroom can be configured to have either a king bed or two long single beds. A third folder bed is also available. The second bedroom has its own bathroom which also includes a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is a galley kitchen with separate lounge and dining rooms - all with panoramic views of Albany town, Mt Clarence or the harbour. A deck off the dining room provides even greater access to the view.

Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition Albany Regional Booking Service applies a cancellation fee of $50 to all cancelled bookings.
