Accommodation at Crystal Springs is in two comfortable houses renovated on an eco-theme. The Holiday House sleeps 8 + with 2 double, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus overflow sleeping areas for up to 6 in the large games room.It has a new kitchen.
The Ranger's House has two double and 2 single bedrooms so sleeps 6.
Towels and linen are provided. The kitchens are fully equipped with cookers, microwaves and fridges, etc and wood stoves and fan heaters keep the houses cosy in winter. Games, satellite TVs and DVD/VCR/CD players provide indoor activities.
The grounds cover over 3 acres, include attractive lakes and provide a delightful playground for children. Wildlife abounds and is protected by a no-dog policy.
The location is peaceful and quiet but convenient for access to facilities.

Directions: From Albany you pass Walpole on the South Coast Highway and travel 12 km west towards Manjimup. You see a Crystal Springs townsite sign and the homestead is on the left.
From Perth or Bunbury you pass Manjimup and then after an hour's drive through magnificant forests Crystal Springs appears. The homestead is located after the road to Mandalay Beach.
A Westrail bus from Bunbury or Albany will drop you at the door. |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Minimum booking two nights. A deposit of 20% is required for all bookings with the full balance due one month before arrival. Cancellations incur a $20 booking fee with balance of deposit and/or payment being refundable if we are able to rebook the accommodation. For collection of a house key please contact Stephen by phone on 0427 387552 or the Walpole Visitor Centre on 9840 1111.
There are a few house rules. Firstly no dogs or cats. This is to protect the wildlife and the pleasure for guests who follow. No smoking is permitted in the house. Check in is after 2pm and check out is by 10am.
Please note that by making your booking you are agreeing to these rules and accepting costs for phone calls BBQ cleaning waste sorting and any damages.
