Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition Albany Regional Booking Service applies a cancellation fee of $50 to all cancelled bookings.
If cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival day you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30 percent of your total booking value.
