Kings Den has the WOW factor. It is a huge 4 1/2 star luxury retreat just for adults including a 2 person spa, sumptious king size bed & a courtyard featuring an outdoor shower.
The Wardroom perched on top of a hill with spectacular 180o views of the southern ocean, West Cape Howe National Park & coastal reserves. Huge 2 bedroom 4 1/2 star luxury cottage with King beds & spa.
Cakes n Ale Cottage is set high with views over tree tops towards the coastal reserve. It is a large 4 star deluxe 2 bedroom cottage, well equipped with deluxe furnishings.
Keepers Lodge is a large 4 star 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern, mud brick holiday house on a separate 100 acre property close by with stunning views across the valley to Denmark & surrounded by pretty cottage gardens.
The Snug oozes old world charm reminiscent of your Grandparents house. With 2 bedrooms & set within it's own 1/2 acre of gardens, it makes an ideal, safe getaway for families. 4 star rated.
All cottages are spread well apart and are accessed by private driveways so you are not disturbed during your stay & can enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature in peace & quiet. We are located adjacent to West Cape Howe National Park, only 1.5kms from Lowlands Beach & close to the Bibbulmun Track.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
We make every effort to ensure the cottage is available as booked however we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforseen circumstances.
Deposits and Payments: A deposit equal to one nights tariff is payable to confirm a booking. Full payment of the balance is due on arrival or as per the date stated on your confirmation letter. Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination.
Standard Cancellation Conditions: Your deposit is fully refundable (less a $20 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.
Peak Season and Public Holiday Cancellation Conditions: After full payment has been received refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one nights tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
It may be wise to consider travel insurance to cover you in the case of any emergency.
Occupancy Conditions: To maintain quality standards and privacy for all guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most will respect our property but occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
The number of guests at the cottage should not exceed the number stated on your Confirmation Letter unless subsequently agreed with us.
The accommodation services and facilities at Cape Howe Cottages are provided for registered guests only therefore parties functions and any non paying visitors are prohibited unless prior agreement has been received from us. The tariff you have been charged does not allow for extra costs associated with additional visitors in terms of cleaning breakages rubbish removal power water gas consumption wear and tear maintenance etc
