Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
A deposit equivalent to one nights fee is required to secure the booking.
In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable however a booking transfer may be issued at the discretion of management and only if the entire vacancy is re-booked. An administration fee of $30.00 is applicable to all booking transfers.
Guests are responsible for the entire reserved stay. No refund is given for reduced numbers and any additional guests arriving may not be able to be accommodated.
