Long weekends and Public holidays NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE. FOR BOOKINGS ON THE SPECIAL STAY 3/PAY 2 THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS AND IT IS NON REFUNDABLE. All other times a $30.00 cancellation charge applies to all bookings. Cancellation must be made 48 hours before arrival date. A one night cancellation fee will apply for cancellation made less than 48 hours. All rooms and apartments are NON-SMOKING. Smoking in the rooms or apartments will attract a sanitisation fee of $150.00 or one-nights accommodation whichever is greater. A valid credit card must be produced upon check-in. Otherwise a key deposit of $150.00 will be required.
