Hot Tub & Sauna Chalet
2 bedroom luxury fully self contained chalet with full kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom and laundry. Private and secluded with Stirling Range views. Out door deck with 5 Person Hot Tub and 2 person Sauna in enclosed glass room, with separate BBQ area on deck, and enclosed outdoor "asian" style room with water feature and artworks. Full selection of outdoor furniture. Two main bedrooms, both with sliding doors onto deck, both with own TV/DVD/VCR and electric blankets. Bedroom One has a queen sized bed and bedroom two has a double bed, and a separate king single. The rates are $260 for two people sharing the queen bed, $25 per person for the extra double bed in the second bedroom or the additional king single bed also in the second bedroom. This rate applies to all nights, including school and public holidays. MINIMUM TWO NIGHT STAY . A generous sized Breakfast Basket are available- $60 for a Gourmet for 2. (extra people $10 each) Also available- wood fired pizzas, platters, massages. 7 days MINIMUM pre booking is essential for all extras please! Food is not available on site if not pre ordered. Please ensure you bring food and drinks with we only offer the above pre booked ONLY services for food. There are no shops close by. Children welcome! Porta cot, highchairs and baby swing are available at $10 per item (not per night!), but must be prebooked. We charge a set amount for the main bedroom ,and then $25 per person for extra beds. All children from 2 years are charged the same, and must be booked a bed.Crawlers and up to 2- $20 per night, even if in a porta cot due to the extra cleaning they create for us.. Bedding configuration cannot be altered, the maximum guests this Chalet can sleep is 5. Max # of Persons: 5 Children are charged at the same rate as adults. Spa Chalet
2 bedroom luxury, fully self contained Chalet, with 2 person corner Spa Bath in bathroom, with mountain view window overlooking the Stirling Ranges. Completely private. Washer and dryer provided. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with individually operated electric blankets. The main bedroom also has an additional TV/DVD and Video player. The second bedroom has a double bed with individually controlled electric blankets. There is also a single bunk above that does not have an electric blanket. All linen and bedding is included in our tariffs. Children welcome! We can provide a porta cot, highchair and baby swing for the young ones if required at $10 per item (not per night!). A generous sized Breakfast Basket is available- Gourmet for $60 per couple. Extra people $10 per person. MIN 7 days notice pre-booking is essential! Also available- wood fired pizzas, platters, massages-7 days minimum booking is essential for all items please! Food will not be available on site without MIN 7 days pre booking. Please ensure you have food and drinks with you. There are no supermarkets near here. $210 per night for one bedroom, $25 per person for double bed in the second bedroom and $25 per person if using additional single (this is a bunk bed above the double). Children from 2 years must be booked a bed. Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please note*** Payment of one nights accommodation will be required to confirm booking to be received by us within seven (7) days of making your booking Cancellations: Any cancellation made over thirty days of your arrival will result in a full refund of deposit. Any cancellation made in the last 14-8 of your booking days will result in a $100 charge. Seven days or less- loss of deposit. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY in all our Chalets. Bookings are secured with a deposit. We request one nights accommodation to be paid within seven days of making a booking to secure your reservation. Our Chalets do not sleep more than 5 guests at any one time unless it is a child in a cot who has been booked in with us. Check in is after 2pm (chalets are not available before 2pm due to cleaning) and checkout is before 10:30am. We ask that 10:30am is that latest the Chalet is vacated by without prior arrangement...thankyou! No refunds will be given on nights that are booked once you have checked in. Extra guests beyond the booked number will not be able to stay without prior booking and may be asked to find alternative accommodation. Tariffs current from the 1/1/2009 to the 30/12/2009. Rates are subject to change at managements discretion
